    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

    To be eligible for a return, your sportswear must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at letschat@revivewear.com.au. If your return is accepted, the customer will need to post the activewear in the original packaging to the return address that is provided on the customer's invoice. The customer will need to pay for the return postage.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Our return address is Revive Wear, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Unit A Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. US. Our return address is printed on your activewear receipt.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your sportswear is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Returns

    When we receive a returned sportswear product, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

    Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. 

    If you provide an incorrect address or provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    If you have accidently entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can update the correct address. 


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Sportswear products are non-refundable if they have been worn, without tags or not in the original packaging. 

    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: Sportswear products which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or buyer's remorse, including sportswear that does not have any defects or the customer has chosen the wrong size.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
